FAQs

What happens when I check out?

You will receive three emails -- a receipt from our shop, an email with a link to the Elevate space in our community which include the event schedule, and an invite to the private podcast. If you do not receive these emails, check your spam and then reach out to info@pambarnhill.com for help.

What if I can't attend the sessions live? Will I still benefit?

YES! You can watch the course recordings or listen in on the private podcast feed. You can ask any questions in the community and Pam will either type you an answer or make you a personalized video to help you out.

How long do I have access?

Your Elevate Consistency access runs from January 31 to May 31. During that time you may access the community and all of the replays as well as the private podcast feed. After May 31 you will have access to an archive of the course available in your community portal forever.

Do I need to be on Facebook to do Elevate Consistency?

Nope, we run everything through our private online community. There is even an app you can download for easy access on your phone.

What if I can't receive texts?

While texts are only a small portion of the course content, if you do not have a smartphone, texting service, or if you live internationally, you will not receive the daily text nudge in the morning. We will include the text content on our afternoon check-in post so you can see what it said each day. Text content will only be sent Monday – Friday morning.

What if I live outside the US?

You can feel free to purchase and participate, but we cannot deliver texts or physical prizes outside of the US. If you win a prize we can substitute a digital option. We also are not able to customize content for specific time zones. You will have access to all recordings and can ask questions in the community.

What is your refund policy?
